XP Music Conference

The XP Music Conference was established to accelerate MENA’s music industry. Launching with an
annual 3-day music conference in Riyadh this past December, laying the building blocks for a thriving
music industry. With workshops, panel discussions, networking opportunities and multiple nightlife
activations – XP will expand pathways for music industry professionals of all backgrounds; enabling
artists, designers, entrepreneurs and policy-makers to Experience, explore, express and expand in amplifying music futures.

Responsibilities:

Marketing

  • Lead in the delivery of the full annual marketing campaign
  • Manage the master timelines for all marketing and communication
  • Integrate with key stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns across MDLBEAST
  • Support in marketing budget management

Brand Activation Overall

  • Support in the development of brand activations efforts for XP Music Conference
  • Create innovative, targeted and creative executions to drive brand activation, awareness,
    connection and engagement
  • Bring beast in all its facets to live for our consumers and audiences
  • Create and lead overall brand activation strategy as part of bigger beast strategy
  • Support in briefing and managing work with agency partners

Partner / Sponsor Marketing

  • Support the partnerships team in creating activations and integration of sponsors / partners into
    projects
  • Brief / manage and work with agency partners

Community Marketing

  • Lead all community marketing aspects as part of campaigns
  • Integrate community marketing efforts into overall campaign flow
  • Ideate, conceptualise and delivery community marketing projects

Media & Innovation

  • Support in the delivery of campaign creative to the media buying team and contribute to the
    strategy across traditional and innovative applications
  • Develop and lead the executive in media stunts globally based on projects & activations as part of
    the experience campaigns
  • Stay on top of global innovation trends in media & activation
    Proactively ideate and propose innovative / disruptive and globally impactful activations and
    media stunts
  • Measure / track and optimize all experience marketing budgeting

Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years experience in event marketing / activation / brand management
  • Passion & background in lifestyle / music industry / entertainment
  • Track record of innovation and disruption in brand & media activation
  • Strong project management skills
